BRIANNA DALE – COMMUNITY MANAGER
Brianna brings a blend of operational expertise and resident-centered leadership to Heron Mill. While she has a deep love for the operational side of property management, including asset management, planning and analysis, and the various systems that keep a community running at its best, she also believes that true excellence comes from mastering the fundamentals. Guided by her “back to the basics” philosophy, Brianna delivers a level of clarity, consistency and precision that aligns with the expectations of a luxury community.
Away from Heron Mill, Brianna stays rooted in what matters most: peace, presence, and meaningful connection. She values quiet moments, helping those around her, and creating warm, grounded spaces where others feel welcome and supported.

BRITNEY PENA – PERSONAL LEASING CONSULTANT
 Georgia born and grown, Britney believes in continuing the state’s tradition of southern hospitality alongside the family values of her Mexican heritage. In her role as a personal leasing consultant, she enjoys the opportunity to connect with the blooming community at Heron Mill, which allows her to put the principles into practice. This commitment to community has been shaped by her years in customer service, including as part of another family-run business!
Beyond her dedication to fostering relationships, she prides herself in her meticulous nature that extends into her hobbies in sewing and collecting vintage pieces. Outside of her hobbies, she enjoys solo traveling and going out with her family to try new things!

HEAVEN CLARK – PERSONAL LEASING CONSULTANT
 Originally from Los Angeles, California Heaven Clark has been part of the property management industry since 2019. She is passionate about delivering exceptional service and enjoys connecting with new people while helping individuals and families find a place, they can truly call home.
Heaven is known for her warm, personable approach and attention to detail. Heaven strives to create a seamless, professional, and welcoming leasing experience for every resident.

ADELINE CARRANZA – PERSONAL LEASING CONSULTANT
 Born and raised in Georgia, Adeline is a Personal Leasing Consultant known for her warm personality, strong work ethic, and genuine approach to helping others find a place to call home. She is a proud mother to a young son and is deeply family-oriented, which reflects the care and attention she brings to every interaction. Adeline is driven, dependable, and believes in taking action. When she sets her mind to something, she follows through with heart and determination.

TAYLIN MOTON – MAINTENANCE
 Born and raised in Atlanta, Taylin comes from a big, close-knit family with six siblings who keep life fun and full of energy. His passion for repairing and troubleshooting mechanical items began at an early age, inspired by his father, who always seemed able to fix just about anything. That early inspiration led Taylin to pursue his career at Lincoln Technical College, where he earned his degree in heating and air before proudly joining the Wesley team shortly after graduation.
As a Maintenance Technician, Taylin enjoys using his skills to solve problems and help keep the community running smoothly. Outside of work, he enjoys repairing cars, reading, listening to music, playing basketball, and, of course, catching up on some well-earned sleep. His hardworking attitude and passion for learning make him a valued part of the team.
